  • Working with the Business teams to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Establishing KPIs and measures to monitor and improve process efficiency: working with the CI Manager to establish a CI road map and monitoring system

  • Managing Benefits to ensure identification, tracking & realisation of financial benefits and non-financial benefits & outcomes

  • Ensuring the training, development and mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques for colleagues, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others

  • Completing post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
