- Partner with property owners, participants, and community resources to prevent evictions and promote long-term stability.
- Maintain program integrity and accurate electronic records in compliance with housing regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in case management or housing program administration.
Valid driver's license.
HCV Specialist Certification required within 6 months of hire.
