SummaryThis position aims to provide patrons excellent customer service, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. The Guest Experience Associate will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and facility partners through face to face, phone, and electronic interactions at the Welcome Desk, Lookout Ridge playground, event rental space and throughout Central Park. Daily tasks will include setup, cleanup and troubleshooting of rental rooms as well as general cleaning of restrooms, Lookout Ridge playground and other facility spaces as needed.
