EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

·   Provides administrative support to the Area Director by coordinating daily operations and assisting with the management of regional programs and initiatives. 

·   Assists with budget administration, purchasing activities, and fiscal reporting to support effective financial management and operational needs. 

·   Maintains databases, prepares reports, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of program information for leadership review and decision-making. 

·   Coordinates regional administrative functions, including mail services, printing, telecommunications, records management, and inventory control. 

·   Supports facility operations by assisting with vehicle management, facility maintenance, safety, security, risk management, and leases. 

·   Assists with contract, grant, and fiscal administration, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related administrative processes. 

·  Serves as a resource to regional staff by coordinating administrative activities, responding to inquiries, and helping ensure efficient and compliant business operations.
