Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team, focusing on cyber breach document review. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to assist in producing high-quality deliverables, translating client requests into actionable directives, and ensuring smooth project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review and assess cyber breach-related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist Data Analysts: Collaborate with data analysts to support the production of deliverables, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client specifications.
- Client Request Translation: Work with clients to understand and translate their requirements into clear directives for the team, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in the review process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall quality.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with SQL for data querying.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
- Previous experience in document review or quality control, particularly in data-related fields.
