Industrial Trainee班加罗尔校招实习运营类职位描述Eway bills and E-Invoices generation - 1. Generating Eway bills for after-sales and finished goods warehouse, where the movement of goods is from the Warehouse to the service center and Factory to warehouses. 2. Generating Eway bills for import cases. 3. Generating Eway bills for Export cases where goods will be Exported to Nepal & Bangladesh. 4. Generating Delivery Challans ( FOC delivery challans, Marketing, Testing, Others, Media, Events/launching, etc...) 5.Generating Return Order (RO) Eway bills and Sales returns Eway bills.. 6. Generating E-invoice through IRN Deloitte template and Eway bills. India's HSN and Tax rate mapping 1. HSN Mapping for Purchase(For India):- Mapping the HSN and Tax rate mapping for purchase of goods which is used for internal purposes. 2. HSN Mapping for sale(for India):- Mapping the HSN codes and Tax rates for the product that is sold by Xiaomi and cross-verifying the HSN with GST rules and Customs. GST Registration - PPOB/APOB Amendment 1. Basis on request from the Logistics and warehouse team, updating APOB and PPOB in the GST Portal. 2. Identify inactive addresses and removing them from the GST Registration certificate. 3. Handling of PPOB/APOB tracker. Additional work 1. Extraction of Invoices to be submitted to with the GST dept. 2. Any support to complete the reply/submissions against the notices recevied from the GST dept. 职位要求CA Intern投递
