We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our ever evolving Project Management Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll drive the successful delivery of complex, business-critical initiatives that enable innovation, strengthen client outcomes and accelerate organizational growth. By bringing together cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered with quality, efficiency and accountability, you’ll directly influence how Global Payments evolves its products, services and capabilities. Total compensation ($90,000 - $120,000)
What you'll own- Lead the successful delivery of strategic projects that drive business growth, client satisfaction and operational excellence, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles and accelerate progress, creating momentum that enables the business to achieve critical objectives.
- Own project performance and accountability by proactively managing scope, timelines, risks and resources, delivering measurable results while maintaining transparency and trust with key partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery effectiveness, driving efficiencies that enhance team productivity, strengthen project outcomes and maximize business value.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization to translate business needs into actionable plans, enabling scalable solutions that support clients, colleagues and long-term organizational success.
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects from initiation through execution, with a track record of achieving successful business outcomes.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting and delivery governance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions to achieve shared goals and resolve challenges effectively.
- Experience navigating changing priorities and competing demands while maintaining focus on quality, timelines and measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- SAFe certification and experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with software delivery and DevOps tools such as Harness, Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Experience supporting technology-focused initiatives within the payments, financial technology or related industries.
