Description
We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer with strong C#/.NET skills to join our team.
Our team is responsible for the communication layer between Zerto products and on-prem hypervisor platforms, with a strong focus on VMware vCenter by Broadcom. This role centers on designing, developing, and researching backend integrations with the vCenter platform APIs, capabilities, and features.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in C#/.NET
- Build and enhance integrations between Zerto products and VMware vCenter / Broadcom platforms
- Investigate and deeply research platform behavior, APIs, and communication flows
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product capabilities and platform compatibility
- Troubleshoot complex integration and communication issues across infrastructure environments
- Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and robustness
Requirements
- 5β8 years of backend development experience using C#/.NET
- Experience working with APIs, system integration, and backend services
- Ability to independently research and resolve highly complex technical issues in unfamiliar areas
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Highly motivated and passionate about solving complex technical issues
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others
