Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of the System Assurance (SA) and Human Factors (HF) framework to achieve the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) objectives for systemwide Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems for new railway projects
Support and conduct SA analysis such as preliminary hazard analysis, quantitative risk assessment, reliability predication, fault tree analysis and event tree analysis to demonstrate the fulfillment of the safety and service requirements
Support and conduct analysis such as workload analysis, task analysis and ergonomics studies to define the HF requirements for systemwide E&M systems
Support review and assessments to provide assurance of compliance with the established SA and HF requirements
Requirements
Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in major infrastructure projects, with in-depth knowledge of and experience in estimating and contract administration
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
Accreditation in NEC Project Management or experience in NEC forms of contract is an advantage
Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with good presentation skills
Strong interest in exploring AI tools and relevant applications

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
