Station Commercial Assistant (Ref: 260000PN)

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical and administrative support including document preparation, filing, data entry, report compilation, coordinating meetings and visits for business partners or stakeholders
• Assist the team with business travel arrangements and support the relevant information systems such as Corporate Travel Requisitions, Staff Reimbursement Claim System and other Corporate e-platform as required
• Assist in conducting station commercial research and data analysis to support business operations
• Provide support on other administrative work as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year' relevant experience
• Be meticulous and able to work independently on office administrative duties
• Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Relevant experience with Chinese Mainland companies or good understanding of Chinese Mainland culture is an advantage

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
