Responsibilities
Hardware Access Demos & Ecosystem Evangelism
- Give physical or virtual hardware demos of our flagship headset line (Project Swan) to invited developers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition, open web frameworks, and benefits of the PICO developer ecosystem.
- Coordinate pre-release device logistics and hardware distribution tracking across our global office networks.
Developer Communications & Social Media Management
- Co-write, edit, and publish clear developer announcements, technical blog updates, and ecosystem news.
- Manage our active social media channels (X, LinkedIn) to maintain consistent global platform buzz.
Discord Community Operations
- Moderate, scale, and daily manage our official developer Discord server.
- Celebrate developer project showcases and keep community engagement metrics high.
Technical Support Triage & Hackathon Activations
- Travel to and support developers at live hackathons, build sessions, and community activations.
- Read PICO technical documentation, gather developer feedback, and route technical support questions to core engineering teams.
