Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end commercial activities relating to the execution of the project.Achieving all the Financial KPIs in line with the Budget and Forecast such as Revenue, Profits, Cash and other financial aspects relating to the projects would be of utmost priorityProject review and timely reporting both to SI local management and global management would be a part of the roleEstablishing the commercial and legal contract conditions with both customers and consortium partners and sub-contractorsIdentification and financial evaluation of opportunities and risks, definition and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigating risks or exploring opportunities as well as establishment of reserves for remaining risks with the support of the PMMonitoring, controlling and updating of project costs, risks, billings, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging, bank guarantees, insurance, taxation and project reportProactively set up an efficient contract and claim management in the projectYou may also get opportunities for sales commercial activities during the pre-sales, bidding phase of some of the opportunities.We need people with a winning attitude!You are an Experienced Commercial Project Manager and has hands-on experience of 4 to 5 years in commercial operations/as CPM.B.Com Graduate with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/ CA/ ICWA or any equivalentYou have great communication skills, love to work in teams and best at collaboration
