Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, CAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, estimation software, or production planning tools).
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) data standards (e.g., WBS MasterFormat or UniFormat classifications).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) tooling execution, including scaling construction tooling and data consistency across design and construction on large-scale projects.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, including a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Experience with SQL and direct relational or dimensional schema design (e.g., Star schema, Snowflake).
  • Experience or interest in leveraging AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation extensions to streamline operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, CAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead designs, builds, and optimizes automated ETL and ELT pipelines to seamlessly move batch and real-time streaming data from disparate sources into centralized repositories.
  • Structure and maintain cloud data warehouses and lakehouses, designing efficient schemas that optimize query performance while minimizing storage costs.
  • Ensure data trustworthiness, they implement automated validation checks that scrub corrupt data and enforce strict governance, security encryption, and access controls.
  • Utilize workflow orchestration platforms like Apache Airflow to manage complex dependencies and deploy proactive monitoring tools to catch and recover from pipeline failures.
