Role Summary
As a Customer Development Executive you will be responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Filorga and doctors in an assigned territory in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Commercial Targets: Deliver net sales, distribution volume, market share, and maximize account P&L within the assigned territory or key accounts.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Build strong, trustworthy partnerships with key contacts (doctors, buyers, store managers) to understand their needs and provide business solutions.
- Business Analysis & Review: Conduct regular performance reviews, interpret sales reports to identify new opportunities, and monitor activities, receivables, and claims.
- Sales Planning & Logistics: Develop profitable customer plans and collaborate with logistics to forecast demand, follow up on orders, and ensure on-time, complete delivery.
- In-Store Execution & Market Insights: Ensure perfect execution of promotions, displays, and planograms at the clinic/store level, while gathering competitor and shopper insights to adapt strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience in the Skin Health Industry
- Intermediate English level
- Own vehicle and active driver's license
- Availability to travel
