We’re looking for a COO Business Operations Analyst to join our COO Business Operations team. Through close collaboration with our key SME business partners and other stakeholders, you’ll play an important role coordinating activities within the COO function to deliver on our people priorities, colleague engagement activities and inclusion initiatives. This is a varied role where you’ll be using strong organisational, stakeholder management and analytical skills to track progress, produce clear updates and support high-quality delivery across the function.

 

About the role

 

  • Provide coordination and tracking support for agreed People Priorities, DEI and colleague engagement activity across COO, ensuring timelines are clear and progress visible.
  • Support the preparation of updates, reports and materials for COO senior leadership, ensuring outputs are timely, well written and decision-ready
  • Gather, analyse and present data and feedback from colleague networks, engagement surveys and external benchmarks to inform action plans and improvement activities for activities within COO.
  • Working closely with the Group Early Careers team, provide the required operational co-ordination support for early careers activities within COO, including scheduling induction activities, local engagement activities and acting as an ongoing central point of contact and coordination.
  • Manage submissions to industry awards, ensuring that stakeholders are aware of schedules and deadlines, supporting in the review of submissions and managing communications with external parties.
  • Support COO representation at internal networks and external events, including coordinating attendance and any follow-up actions
  • Assist with the creation of materials for briefings and presentations by COO Senior Leadership.  

About you

 

  • Proven organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline
  • Experience maintaining trackers, action logs, SharePoint sites or similar tools, applying consistent record-keeping and documentation standards
  • Strong written communication skills, able to produce clear, professional and engaging materials for different audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable outputs
  • Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and building trusted working relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Awareness of governance, risk or control environments is beneficial.
