Junior AI Content Developer - Phishing Simulation

Join the Security Awareness Training product team and help shape the next generation of AI-driven phishing simulation experiences.

In this role, you will use AI tools, data, automation, and product feedback to create, monitor, and continuously improve phishing simulation content tailored to users, organizations, industries, roles, and risk profiles. You will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and field teams to make our simulations more realistic, personalized, scalable, and effective.

Job Description

• Create and improve AI-generated phishing simulation content, including scenarios, emails, landing pages, and related user experiences.
• Use available product, customer, behavioral, and threat-related data to tailor simulations to different audiences and risk profiles.
• Monitor the phishing simulation experience, identify issues, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
• Address feedback and issues raised by customers, field teams, Support, Customer Success, and Product.
• Improve and automate the content creation, review, QA, and publishing processes.
• Use AI tools extensively to support content generation, research, analysis, automation, quality review, and process optimization.
• Help maintain high standards for content quality, realism, personalization, accuracy, safety, and relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and product needs into better phishing simulation experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, and AI evaluation.
• Data-oriented mindset, with experience analyzing data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into practical improvements.
• Experience writing code, scripts, or automation workflows.
• Relevant programming coursework, technical training, or certification in areas such as software development, data analysis, automation, AI, or information systems.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review content critically for quality, clarity, realism, accuracy, and appropriateness.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, phishing, social engineering, user behavior, AI, automation, and security awareness training.

It would be great if you also have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, scripting, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with phishing simulations, security awareness training, email security, cybersecurity products, product analytics, support tickets, or customer feedback.
