We are currently looking for a Associate Production Planner to join our team in Holland, MI. This is a Salaried Exempt, P1 job reporting to Renee Pokorzynski.

As an Associate Production Planner you will:

Gain experience in production planning, development and maintenance of manufacturing schedules and workflows and adhere to documented capacities. Analyzing production data, identifying potential delays, and ensuring on-time delivery.

• Execute production schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with the commodity team to ensure timely delivery.
• Track production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• React to basic production issues, such as material shortages or equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Suppy Chain or similar field of study.
• No professional experience required.
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
• Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education

• Direct experience with planning activities, including scheduling, forecasting, inventory planning, production planning, or demand planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Exposure to SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to streamline work and enhance productivity.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage change effectively, and learn new processes and technologies.
