Your Tasks
- Management of international People & Culture projects for the Voith Hydro Group Division – including structured project planning and control, scheduling, budget and resource management, as well as targeted stakeholder management and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing both classic and agile project management methods. The projects may cover all subject areas within People & Culture – from talent management and personnel development to compensation or organizational development & change management.
- Leading and coordinating the implementation of global People & Culture standards, programs, and tools within the Voith Hydro Group Division in line with centrally defined guidelines, for example in the areas of talent management, performance management, workforce planning, personnel development/learning, compensation, and benefits.
- Conceptualizing and moderating international workshops within specialist departments to support change processes, leadership development, strategy development, or team building.
- Supporting the Global Head of People Business Partners with operational tasks related to the assigned area of responsibility worldwide.
- Identifying opportunities to improve P&C processes, tools, and ways of working.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international HR project management; proven experience in People & Culture across different subject areas is a must.
- Extensive experience with project management methods (classic and/or agile) and professional stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
- Structured and goal-oriented working style, strong organizational skills, as well as analytical and conceptual strengths.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, as well as intercultural competence.
- Initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
- Fluent business English is required; additional language skills are desirable.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications; ideally, experience with SAP or HR applications such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors.
