The Impact You'll Make
As a Cost Analyst in our Dubnica plant, you will play a key role in strengthening cost transparency and shaping how we understand financial performance on the factory floor. Your insights will directly influence operational decisions and help improve efficiency across manufacturing and distribution.
Working closely with the Plant Controller, you will go beyond reporting numbers—you will turn data into clear stories that highlight risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Your analysis will help teams understand what’s happening and why.
This is a 12–18 month fixed-term opportunity, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your work will have visible, real-world impact on profitability and operational success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the monthly financial close process to deliver accurate reports and ensure visibility into plant performance
- Analyze production variances (price, scrap, material usage, inventory) to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Partner with production and team leaders to provide insights that enable better operational decisions
- Enhance reporting by using tools such as Excel, SAP, and BI solutions to improve data quality and usability
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities to support long-term cost control and strategy
- Experience in finance, cost analysis, or accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query)
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate across teams
- Working proficiency in English (intermediate or higher)
- Gain hands-on experience in cost analysis within a dynamic manufacturing environment, where your insights directly influence performance and efficiency
- Work closely with experienced professionals, including the Plant Controller, and develop your financial analysis, SAP, and reporting skills

- Minimum gross monthly salary starting from €1500, with the potential for a higher offer based on your qualifications and seniority
