As an Operations Controller, you will partner closely with supply chain leaders and provide the insights that support smart decisions, operational excellence, and long-term growth.   This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative North American finance team supporting manufacturing operations in Loves Park, IL and Milwaukee, WI. Your work will directly influence business performance by turning data into actionable recommendations and helping drive continuous improvement.   You’ll be a trusted partner who connects financial results with business strategy, helping teams achieve their goals while supporting a more sustainable future. What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Serve as the finance business partner for Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance and support on financial performance and decision-making.
• Analyze and monitor production costs, inventory levels, operating expenses, capital investments, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and consolidate variance analyses, forecasts, and performance reports, delivering timely insights to stakeholders and supporting action plans.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, helping improve financial visibility and planning accuracy.
• Support compliance with reporting standards while collaborating with regional and divisional finance teams to strengthen financial processes and performance.

What We're Looking For

 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Some experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar finance function, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working with SAP ERP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Hyperion (HFM), and Microsoft Office, with the ability to build financial models and generate meaningful reports.

   The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $90,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
