Mission StatementThis position will be responsible to assist TSS and to ensure the implementation of all CCBPL Cold Assets Repair & Maintenance Operations requirements at the respective location.
Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing the end-to-end CDE complaint and maintenance management process, including complaint allocation, tracking, resolution, reporting, and service quality compliance. The role ensures efficient technician deployment, preventive maintenance execution, cost control, warranty claim management, root cause analysis, and coordination with sales, maintenance teams, third-party workshops, TAMM, and Head Office.
Additionally, the position drives operational performance through KPI monitoring, reduction of recurring complaints, cooler repair and refurbishment optimization, spare parts planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, customer satisfaction, and maintenance efficiency.
Candidate EducationMinimum Bachelor's Degree / B-Tech
