Job IdentificationWe are looking for a HR Specialist (HRBP) to be a part of our HR team located in Kyrgyzstan.
What We Expect- Act as first contact of employees about all HR related topics
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Administer critical HR processes such as terminations, replacements, appointments, promotions, and transfers, maintaining compliance with organizational policies while supporting fair and transparent practices that foster employee trust and retention.
- Manage career maps, manage succession planning for the related accounts focusing on talent pipeline by using the related resources, methodologies and tools.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to people managers within the functions by offering insights and recommendations that drive effective people management strategies aligned with business objectives, enhancing leadership capabilities and employee engagement.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Support initiatives that build a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating communication between employees and leadership, and contributing to programs that enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports related to recruitment, workforce movements, and other key HR activities to enable data-driven decision-making, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize HR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance of CCI employee practices with the Labor Law and all related laws/legislations.
- Ensure that all systematic steps are carried out on OPP; maintain data, provide system improvement suggestions to related partners in HR and DT.
- Participate in the preparation and conclusion of orientation / onboarding / changeboarding conducted effectively.
- Higher education
- Proficiency English - minimum B2 level.
