Accounting is part of the Finance department and is responsible, among other things, for maintaining accounting records and handling tax settlements.
What awaits you?
- Ensuring accurate and timely posting of bank statements in the Exact and Bynx systems, as well as initiating cash transfers in the electronic banking system.
- Posting purchase invoices, both car-related and non-car-related, in accordance with local tax regulations and internal guidelines.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of liabilities and confirmation of balances.
- Handling all activities related to monthly and annual closing processes accurately and on time.
- Preparing account analyses and monthly reports.
What should you bring along?
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and tax procedures.
- A high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work effectively under tight operational deadlines and changing priorities.
