We are seeking a Senior manager, Marketing ARTD to lead and scale the category working closely with the Marketing Director. This role owns performance outcomes, end to end new product launch, marketing plans and system alignment, translating enterprise ambition into clear priorities and execution at scale. The ideal candidate brings brand and innovation leadership, strong commercial acumen, and enterprise influence, with the ability to align senior stakeholders and bottlers around a shared growth agenda.

 

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead 360 marketing plans in ARTD category with a portfolio strategy vision shaping growth priorities, brand roles, and activation choices.
  • Own brands growth, profit, and share outcomes, influencing investment and prioritization decisions across initiatives.
  • Champion consumer and shopper led strategy, translating insights into scalable actions.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, RGM, Finance, IMX, Media, Franchise, and Bottler leaders to deliver omnichannel execution.
  • Provide thought leadership through the synthesis of consumer, shopper, customer, and commercial insights.
  • Guiding integrated marketing strategies across the full marketing mix, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ROI.
  • Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing leadership roles within FMCG / CPG (Alcohol industry will be a plus). Proven experience leading category or brand strategy across multiple markets. Strong commercial, analytical, and storytelling capabilities. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Experience with Nielsen or IRI, Bases and other quantitative research tools and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of procedures and media used to drive increased volume and brand equity.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts.
  • Ability to manage and inspire agency performance.
  • Making consumers and their needs the primary focus of the business.
  • Knowledge of the creative brief development process.
  • Ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact.
  • Ability to utilize syndicated, custom, and secondary research to identify opportunities to develop brand plans and marketing tactics.
