Description:
Represent agencies, boards, commissions, and their employees in administrative tribunals, as well as state and federal courts, including appellate courts.
Assist with the review and drafting of administrative rules.

Desired Qualifications:
A passion for public service and a strong commitment to justice.
A minimum of three years of practicum experience is preferred, but we also welcome applications from new attorneys.
Prior judicial clerking experience is a plus.
A license to practice law in Iowa, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
