Production Management Engineer - Malaysia亚罗牙也全职海外业务板块职位描述1. Production Line Start‑up & Output Control
-Execute pre‑shift preparations (material verification, tooling checks, equipment startup, first‑article inspection); monitor on‑time start‑up rate and address deviations.
-Set shift output targets aligned with takt time; ensure throughput and on‑schedule delivery; analyze capacity gaps and drive closed‑loop improvements.
-Review daily production reports and data logs for accuracy; generate standardised reports to support capacity review and planning adjustments.
2. Rework Management
-Oversee classification, labelling, and recording of non‑conforming products (process, assembly, appearance, functional defects); assign rework tasks based on defect type and operator skill level.
-Supervise rework execution to ensure full compliance with SOPs and quality standards, preventing secondary defects and unauthorised practices.
-Consolidate rework data, conduct shift‑level review training, and lead improvement actions on recurring issues.
3. Order Delivery Assurance
-Monitor the end‑to‑end flow from production through inspection to warehousing, ensuring timely storage and shipment of finished goods.
-Rapidly coordinate cross‑functional resources to resolve delivery disruptions caused by capacity, quality, material, or staffing issues; escalate progress as needed.职位要求
1. Associate degree or above in Mechanical / Automotive / Electronic / Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of hands‑on production management experience in automotive manufacturing; experience leading local teams is a plus.
3. Solid understanding of production line processes, takt‑time control, rework workflows, and end‑to‑end delivery management.
4. Strong data analysis skills – able to independently review production, rework, and delivery data to identify bottlenecks.
5. Basic English reading and writing skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (daily/weekly reports, performance reviews).投递
