As an Assistant Machine Operator, you’ll help keep our machines running smoothly by supporting setup, operation, and cleanup. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
What You’ll Do
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup
- Monitor product quality and report issues
- Help switch roles and support the production team as needed
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Complete production and safety reports accurately
- Submit maintenance requests when needed
- Cross-train on other machines and support team flexibility

- You can read and understand safety instructions and production documents written in English
- You can use a tape measure accurately and consistently
- You’re confident using basic math for counts, measurements, and simple calculations
- You’re detail-oriented and care about doing things the right way
- You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success
- Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
What to Expect on the Job
- You’ll be on your feet for most of you shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling and regularly or moving up to 40 pounds
- You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common
- The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, protective footwear, and safety glasses must be worn at all times
