About the Opportunity… As a Senior Case Manager within our Workplace Relations team, you'll lead complex and sensitive employee relations matters, provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen workplace practices across Australia and New Zealand. This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your passion for developing others and driving positive workplace outcomes. 

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Lead Complex Employee Relations Matters - Manage sensitive and high-risk cases including workplace misconduct, Respect@Work matters, bullying, discrimination, whistleblower complaints and mental health-related concerns.
  • Build Leadership Capability - Coach and support leaders to confidently navigate employee relations matters while ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Mentor and Develop Others - Share your expertise by supporting and guiding case managers to build capability and best practice across the team.
  • Partner with the Business - Develop trusted relationships with leaders and provide strategic employee relations advice tailored to business needs.
  • Ensure Best Practice and Compliance - Maintain high-quality case documentation and ensure all matters are managed with procedural fairness and legislative compliance. 

What You'll Bring

  • Employee Relations Expertise - Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations and sensitive case work.
  • Employment Law Knowledge - Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation, ER frameworks and best-practice case management principles.
  • Leadership Coaching & Influence - Proven ability to coach leaders through challenging situations and deliver practical, outcome-focused advice.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills - Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
  • Sound Judgement & Commercial Acumen - Ability to balance empathy, procedural fairness and commercial decision-making to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborative & Continuous Improvement Mindset - A detail-oriented, adaptable approach with a passion for continuous improvement, reporting, project work and partnering across a complex business.

Experience in retail or multi-site environments, New Zealand ER exposure, SAP knowledge and reporting or analytics experience will be highly regarded.
