Your Role
We're looking for a commercially savvy Category & Product Manager to own the growth, profitability and strategic direction of within the Flooring & Coatings category across ANZ.
This is a true product and category leadership role. You'll shape portfolio strategy, identify growth opportunities, lead innovation and NPD, and bring new products to market that deliver tangible commercial results.
Working closely with Sales, Technical, R&D and Commercial teams, you'll turn customer and market insights into winning category strategies, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, differentiated and positioned for growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive category growth, profitability and market share.
- Own portfolio performance, optimisation and expansion.
- Lead innovation and NPD pipelines.
- Deliver successful product launches and GTM execution.
- Partner across Sales, Technical, R&D and Supply.
- Identify growth opportunities through market and customer insights.
- Drive pricing, positioning and portfolio profitability.
- Build engagement with key industry stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and improve commercial outcomes.
- Support sustainable product innovation.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in Product / Category Management.
- Proven success driving portfolio growth, innovation and commercial outcomes.
- Stage-gate NPD processes.
- Successful product launches,
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to influence and partner across stakeholder groups.
- Analytical capability - turning customer and market insights into growth opportunities.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or technical B2B industries highly regarded.
