Transformation Project Manager

About Reece

You probably know Reece as Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products.

But we're much more than that.

We're a leading distributor of trade products to residential, commercial and infrastructure customers, employing more than 9,000 people across Australia, New Zealand and the United States. As an ASX-listed company with over 900 branches, we're continually investing in innovation, technology and transformation to better serve our customers and support our people.

About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional project management role.

We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager who can identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, solve complex business problems and drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that simplify processes, improve customer and team experiences, unlock productivity, and help accelerate Reece's transformation agenda.

Working across a diverse range of business functions, you'll partner closely with key leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams to deliver improvements. From process redesign, automation and AI to large-scale business change, you'll be responsible for taking initiatives from concept through to successful delivery and benefits realisation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to make a visible impact across a large and dynamic organisation.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About You

You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and naturally curious, with a passion for improving how businesses operate.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience delivering transformation, business improvement, operational excellence or strategic change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering outcomes through cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience identifying, quantifying and delivering productivity, customer experience or process improvement benefits.
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving capabilities, ideally supported by Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to build business cases, assess benefits and support data-driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data, find root causes and monitor improvements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently from frontline teams through to senior leadership.
  • A hands-on, self-driven approach with a bias for action and a passion for delivering results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Why Join Reece?

  • Work on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that make a real impact.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders across the business.
  • Help shape the future of a market-leading ASX-listed organisation.
  • Be part of a team passionate about innovation, automation, data and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to meaningful changes that improve experiences for both our customers and our people.
