Summary: The role is responsible for leading the delivery of product and tariff assurance KPIs across key areas including Prepaid, Postpaid, ADSL, Roaming, and Content (Short Codes), as well as automated test call performance using the test call generator. The incumbent ensures robust revenue assurance throughout the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, drives control implementation, and maintains real-time visibility through automated dashboards linked to alarms. This position plays a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving revenue leakages, supporting business targets by safeguarding revenues, costs, and margins through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:
  • Lead assurance in the development of new products, tariffs, and services, monitoring all KPIs across assigned domains.
  • Conduct end-to-end reviews of major revenue life cycles and business units to verify full implementation of controls and identify gaps.
  • Design and maintain an automated local dashboard to monitor major revenues, costs, and financial KPIs, integrated with alarm systems.
  • Document, quantify, and perform root cause analysis on identified issues, proposing corrective actions with clear impact assessments on revenue, cost, and margin targets.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve revenue assurance challenges and implement effective control measures.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • First degree in Computer Science, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, auditing, or revenue assurance, with 2–3 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and automated test calling methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and/or dedicated revenue assurance platforms.
  • Familiarity with billing systems, rating engines, mediation systems, and other revenue-critical software and tools.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification (desirable but not essential).
