Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Position includes caring for a young boy. About the Child• He loves to learn new things. How to take things apart and put them back together• He loves to Hunt & Fish• He loves all sports, and he is very active• Anything outdoors - Hiking and Learning new species• Loves board games / video games Schedule & Hours• 10 hours per week, mostly on weekdays• Some Overnights allowed as well • On-call and flexible scheduling options – you can collaborate with the family to create a schedule that works for everyone Compensation• $14.13 per hour• $200+ per overnight Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:• Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic• Patient and understanding, especially when children have negative behaviors• Flexible and able to change gears quickly• Comfortable working in a home setting and occasionally in the community• Able to maintain a fun, engaging, and safe environment• Someone who values connection with children and understands the importance of building trust Requirements• Valid driver’s license• Reliable transportation• Must pass a background check• Previous experience in caregiving, child care, or respite is preferred but not required
