We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are seeking a Respite Provider to take the individual out in the community and work on social skills. The individual really enjoys riding a bike, playing catch, playing basketball, music, arts and crafts, swimming (29 Pines), bowling, and Action City.
Pay: $17.66/Hr or 256.00/DayLocation: Eau Claire, WI - Community/Providers Home
Schedule:• 10 hours per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays available)    • 2 days per month (Saturdays to start, transition to overnights once comfortable)
Responsibilities:• Provide community based respite care • Work on social skills• Provide meaningful companionship• Ensure individuals safety and well-being• Engage in preferred activities, including:o Riding bikes, playing catch, playing basketballo Musico Arts and craftso Swimmingo Action City
Ideal Candidate:• Compassionate• Great social skills• Patient• Adaptability
Requirements:• Reliable transportation• Valid driver’s license• Auto insurance•  Must be authorized to work in the U.S
