Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience with administration in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • German language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core administrative responsibilities for your executives, optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Coordinate high-precision global travel arrangements and prepare/track expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Use excellent judgment and discretion to support your team's projects and establish trust with cross-functional partners.
  • Apply a strong understanding of the business to foster a positive impact on scheduling and prioritization for your executives. Streamline processes and establish structure autonomously.
  • Work on external partner meeting coordination and onsite support for executive meetings.
