Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of experience in instructor led training.
- 2 years of experience in stakeholder or partner management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating, analyzing, and reporting metrics for large-scale educational programs.
- Experience creating training guides, building learning materials, and delivering highly engaging workshops.
- Experience in instructional coaching or corporate training (educational technology or K-12/higher education landscape).
- Experience managing vendor, partner, or client networks, with a proven track record of recruiting new partners, driving enablement, and maintaining high quality standards across an external ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-quality training partners and independent facilitators in the assigned region and host a series of new partner meetings for new partners in the region to review programmatic benefits, requirements, and answer foundational questions.
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for daily inquiries from partners in the region.
- Review regional partner application scores and feedback, supporting applicants in making necessary adjustments to ensure successful program acceptance and provide targeted post-acceptance feedback.
- Host ongoing upskilling workshops in the region to continually uplevel the Professional Development (PD) partners training and facilitation skills.
- Collaborate closely with internal regional teams to integrate PD partners into their go-to-market strategies, ensuring internal stakeholders understand how to effectively leverage PD partners and funding programs to drive regional adoption.
