Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in procurement, change management, communications, or learning and development.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing change management models and deploying systems across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new products, functions, or teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in data visualizations and data tools (e.g., business intelligence platform, Google Sheets, dashboards etc).
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: designing hybrid learning programs, implementing cross-channel communication strategies, utilizing user experience data to drive readiness and adoption, or successfully guiding stakeholders through complex change journeys.
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive the human side of major Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives. Take full accountability for the end-to-end change management life-cycle.
- Keep a user-focused lens on every transformation project.
- Identify areas to operationalize organizational change management activities across projects, and propose and implement improvements to enable efficiency and scale.
- Drive continuous improvement of change management activities based on data-driven insights.
- Design integrated communication and training frameworks, mitigate deployment risks, and leverage readiness data to ensure sustainable, long-term user adoption across global teams.
