About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will work within the team supporting Google’s most strategic public sector customers on large multi-year transformational engagements underpinned by Google’s Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive value for those customers. You will provide delivery management, while working with Google's cross-functional team executing the deployment of solutions via Google Cloud Platform.

You will own the execution of specific work-streams within the program portfolio implementing resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and customer facing activities.

Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.
