Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Experience with programming (e.g., SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in spend management and budget planning cycles.
- Knowledge of the Cloud/Software industry, different roles and incentives.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Great leadership and people skills, ability to set objectives and drive to results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Analytical and technical skills (e.g., spreadsheets/ SQL/ dashboard creation).
- Exceptional communication and people-management skills; comfort and experience with regularly presenting to executive management.

Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial analysis while developing and maintaining business forecasting models. Prepare executive-level reports, conduct variance analysis, and leverage market trends to guide strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales, pricing, DPO, and accounting team and provide financial guidance to support the good agreement making process.
- Evaluate investments and concession requests through financial modeling and risk assessment, providing recommendations to optimize resources and maximize ROI.
- Serve as a financial advisor to the subregion leadership team, translating financial data into actionable business insights to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
