Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Economics, Industrial Engineering or an Engineering degree in the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing technical programs and technology facility construction projects.
- Experience managing the project lifecycle and distilling project data into concise executive reporting.
- Experience driving process standardization and operational efficiency improvements across project execution.
- Experience with industry-standard construction scheduling tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree with a technical emphasis or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven expertise in project controls for large-scale capital projects, with a strong focus on schedule planning, management, and launching data center infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Possess technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and network systems.
- Proficient in key construction and scheduling software, including Primavera (P6 and P3), MS Project, Acumen Fuse, and Bentley Navisworks 4D.
- Skilled at driving stakeholder engagement and leveraging AI platforms and project management tools to maximize process efficiency.

You will be a scheduled subject matter expert on data center construction in greenfield, brownfield, co-location and retrofit facilities (schedule, risk and change management). Working closely with the cross-functional team members, overseeing and implementing planning/scheduling, progressing methods/tools to establish integrated project schedule planning as we analyze new technology to deploy and build new Data Center's. You will lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
- Drive regional Project Controls Scheduling strategy and execution in line with the Commercial and Program Controls Framework, aligning timelines, acceleration efforts, and capex funding.
- Provide robust schedule oversight across APAC projects through close cross-functional collaboration to protect company interests and deliver on core mission priorities.
- Develop CPM and WBS-compliant Project Baseline Schedules and implement a local Earned Value Management system with full cost and resource loading for real-time progress tracking.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for schedule controls and program health, managing status reports, OKRs, and performance metrics to guide key stakeholder decisions.
- Lead strategic planning and risk management across APAC while integrating AI tools and automation to streamline project performance reporting and improve team efficiency.
