The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes.

What will you do?

1. Sales Administration and Operational Support
•    Coordinate onboarding activities for new Financial Advisers (FAs) and Contact Centre employees.
•    Verify onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.
•    Arrange induction sessions, training schedules, and venue logistics for new recruits.
•    Support the preparation and administration of MIE and other compliance-related checks.
•    Maintain accurate employee, adviser, and training records.
•    Track onboarding progress and provide status updates to management.
•    Assist with maintaining digital filing systems for sales, training, and operational documentation.
•    Prepare, collate, and distribute operational reports as required.
2. Sales Team Support
•    Provide day-to-day administrative support to Regional Sales Managers and the Head of Distribution.
•    Coordinate meetings, training broadcasts, workshops, and team communication initiatives.
•    Prepare meeting packs, presentations, attendance registers, and supporting documentation.
•    Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and travel-related administration for sales leadership.
•    Assist Financial Advisers and Contact Centre teams with administrative requests and operational queries.
•    Liaise with various internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient service delivery.
3. Training Coordination
•    Schedule and coordinate training interventions for Financial Advisers and Contact Centre employees.
•    Manage communication regarding training programmes and workshops.
•    Maintain accurate training records and attendance registers.
•    Ensure training documentation is completed and stored appropriately.
•    Support follow-up activities to ensure completion of mandatory learning requirements.
4. Events and Activation Support
•    Coordinate logistics and administration for sales activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and community events.
•    Support ongoing activations such as the Mbombela Farmers Market and other distribution initiatives.
•    Liaise with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
•    Manage event tracking documents and action plans.
•    Assist in the preparation of event reports and post-event evaluations.
5. Marketing and Project Coordination Support
•    Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing campaigns and events.
•    Track deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder actions for marketing initiatives.
•    Assist in coordinating internal and external stakeholders for events and activations.
•    Monitor progress against project plans and escalate delays where necessary.
•    Ensure accurate record keeping of marketing activities and related documentation.
6. Client and Stakeholder Support
•    Respond to administrative queries from Financial Advisers, Contact Centres, and internal stakeholders.
•    Maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners.
•    Ensure high standards of service delivery and stakeholder communication.
•    Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to resolution.
