Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Drive recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Provide labor market insights and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market.
Leverage recruitment analytics and talent intelligence to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
Strengthen and promote our employer brand through talent attraction initiatives, events, and social media activities.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, contributing to a scalable and efficient hiring function.
Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives across Tieto Banktech.
Build and deliver recruitment capability trainings, empowering managers to make effective and inclusive hiring decisions.
Collaborate with colleagues across the global Talent Acquisition community to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
