About the role:
As a Senior AI Governance Specialist in our Data & AI Governance team, you will help shape how Redcare Pharmacy governs AI systems across their full lifecycle, from intake and risk assessment to post-deployment controls and continuous improvement. You will contribute to one or more strategic focus areas within AI governance, from the governance of self-service Data & AI services to the governance of agentic AI use cases, always with a strong focus on responsible innovation, risk management and practical adoption across the business.
About the tech stack:
You will work in a modern Data & AI environment where hands-on experience with Databricks and the Azure ecosystem is a plus. Coding skills are also valuable, especially when interacting at scale with our Data & AI Platform.
Job Description
About your tasks:
- Build scalable platform enablement for AI governance, including self-service workflows, reusable templates, risk tiering, policy-driven controls and practical guidance for teams.
- Define governance for agentic AI use cases, including human oversight, access management, monitoring, auditability and escalation paths.
- Partner with data and AI engineers, IT compliance, and a wide range of business stakeholders to make governance practical, scalable and embedded in daily ways of working.
- Translate applicable laws, standards and internal policies, including but not limited to the EU AI Act, into governance processes that teams can understand and apply with confidence.
- Strengthen our AI risk management approach by helping stakeholders navigate complex decisions, identifying improvement opportunities and using automation to further streamline our audit trail.
Qualifications
About you:
- You bring several years of hands-on experience in AI governance, AI risk management or AI compliance, ideally in a complex data-driven environment. Practical experience in governing AI agents is valuable.
- You have a strong understanding of AI technologies and applicable governance frameworks, laws and standards, including but not limited to the EU AI Act.
- You enjoy turning complex topics into clear, pragmatic guidance and are comfortable working with technical, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- You think strategically, like solving complex governance challenges, and care about building processes that keep improving over time.
