The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities
- Support algorithm development and deployment of sophisticated wafer map analytics software in close collaboration with German data science team.
- Identification of data science use cases, to support the R&D of optoelectronic devices.
- Data preparation with support of data engineering team in IT.
- Apply statistical methods or tools, to gain insights and to prepare data for use in predictive & prescriptive modeling.
- Build models, to forecast/ predict and thus solve business problems.
- Collaboration with R&D, to support a smooth ramp-up of new optoelectronic technologies via data analytics.
