Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Planning, Risk and Reporting Manager to join our Project Management Control (PMC) team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive planning, risk management, and reporting functions for large-scale projects. You will drive strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis, ensure project compliance with organizational standards, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource plans using industry-standard tools; ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk analysis; implement preventive and corrective measures to minimize project impact
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, performance metrics, and project status updates to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide forecasting analysis to ensure financial accountability and cost control
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, data accuracy, and timely resolution of planning and reporting issues
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, compliance standards, and reporting protocols across all project phases
- Analyze project performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring management attention
- Lead, mentor, and supervise planning and reporting team members; provide guidance on best practices and professional development
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and audit trails to support transparency and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with PMC leadership to refine processes, implement system improvements, and enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in planning, risk management, or reporting functions
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, budget management, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and project management databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Risk management expertise including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategy development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, construction, or development projects
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's business environment and project management practices
- Knowledge of project governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Background in the real estate development or construction industry
