We are looking for a Key Account Manager, who will own the responsibility of key customers management in Indirect Trade and:

Build long lasting relationships

Maximize sales opportunities and contributing to long-term profitability

Strengthen CP brands in-store
Core Responsibilities
-
Deliver company Targets (Net Sales, Market Share, Pricing, Distribution)

Guarantee effective implementation of Company and Retail Environment strategy in each customer of the Indirect Trade

Build strong customer engagement
-
Drive business simplification and order automation
-
Market Tracking (thru good store coverage) & propose action plans to address risks & opportunities

Provide adequate volume planning for the agreed business plans
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a commercial role (either customer facing or shopper/trade marketing)
- Portuguese native level / Fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suit (in particular Excel and Google Sheets)
- Valid driver's license required

- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, and relationship buliding skills, conflict-resolution
- Focused, pracmatic, organized, proactive, problem-solving
