Position: Omni Demand Generation Specialist
Location: Brazil
Role Summary
The ODG Activation Specialist supports the local market execution of our demand generation model. They assist in bringing the Brand Experience Plan (BEP) to life in-market by supporting the broader Omni Demand Generation team. This role involves supporting customer-facing engagements, coordinating with Commercial teams, and ensuring the smooth logistical execution of the synchronized commercial calendar.
Main Responsibilities
- Brand Experience (BEP) Implementation Support: Assist in the in-market activation of Brand Experiences to drive brand purchase and advocacy. Help ensure that localized plans are rooted in the "Moments that Matter" for the pet parent journey.
- Commercial Excellence & Execution: Support the tracking and implementation of 7P activation plans, assisting with pricing tracking, distribution priorities, and ensuring digital shelf accuracy.
- Integrated Commercial Calendar Coordination: Assist the Commercial Country teams in the flawless execution of the synchronized commercial calendar, tracking deadlines and ensuring alignment.
- Shopper Marketing & Asset Management: Support the execution of Omni Shopper strategies. Manage the transcreation, localization, and deployment of omnichannel Point of Purchase (POP) assets and ensure content readiness.
- Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Track and compile data on the local competitive landscape and category developments to help the team uncover actionable insights for growth.
- Performance Tracking: Support the monthly discipline (MoDi) by gathering data for brand performance reviews and tracking local execution KPIs.
- Commercial Capability Enablement: Assist in managing the rollout of detailing and customer materials, ensuring sales teams have the necessary assets for in-market programs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Development, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Commercial experience in sales, marketing, or customer development roles.
- Language Skills: Intermediate English or Spanish
- Core Skills: Strong critical thinking, analytical capabilities, collaboration, and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and high level of curiosity to operate in a fluid, cross-commercial environment.
- Omnichannel Orientation: Familiarity with the Pet Parent Shopper journey and 'Moments that Matter' across vet, brick-and-mortar, and eCommerce channels.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and cross-commercial analytics to monitor execution effectiveness.
