About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about data precision, packaging systems, and cross-functional execution? As our Packaging Data Specialist, you will own the planning, control, and maintenance of SAP master data across multiple categories, ensuring flawless product launches and formula updates. You will act as a key technical orchestrator—managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), executing Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), and configuring workflows across manufacturing plants, co-packers, and co-manufacturers. If you thrive on keeping complex data ecosystems aligned, enforcing quality compliance, and driving seamless product rollouts, this role offers an ideal stage to elevate your career!

Core Responsibilities

  • Master Data & SAP Management: Own the creation and continuous maintenance of master data in SAP for new and existing SKUs, packaging components, raw material consumptions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

  • Engineering Change Control: Execute Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) in SAP for packaging component replacements and SKU updates, maintaining clear cross-functional alignment and notifications.

  • Workflow Automation & Tracking: Design and maintain tracking workflows in systems like AODocs to streamline new packaging components, WIPs, and system-wide data updates.

  • Cross-Functional & External Coordination: Partner with Master Data teams, manufacturing plants, Co-Packers, and Co-Manufacturers (CoMan) to ensure accurate system setups and project milestone delivery.

  • Quality & Standard Compliance: Adhere strictly to quality standards spanning technology transfer, product design, process validation, labeling, vendor management, and corrective actions (CAPA).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a highly related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in packaging development, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

  • Practical experience working with SAP and workspace platforms (Google Workspace / Microsoft).

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or familiarity with industrial design, plastics transformation methods, materials testing, and printing/decoration techniques.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, basic statistics, and financial project evaluation.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage cross-category workflows and multiple stakeholder dependencies simultaneously.
