We're currently looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team on a permanent part-time basis.
Roster:
- Monday: 8:15am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 12:15pm – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:15am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:15am – 5:30pm
Job Description
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting across a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments in accordance with infection control standards
- Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Assisting with stock control and general clinical duties
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
Qualifications
- Has previous Dental Assisting experience (preferred)
- Holds a current Working with Children Check (essential)
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is committed to providing exceptional patient care
