YOUR MISSIONS
Since the past 20 years, Bel put the Corporate Sustainability Responsibility at the heart of its strategy, enabling us to become a mission-lead company (since 2024). Hence we created the Impact Team, gathering in the same community Environmental, Social and Governance teams and finance teams.
The Impact function brings together Profitability and Sustainability to serve a global performance model based on two legs co-piloting. Profitability and sustainability are not opposing goals, but the two pillars of a responsible growth model.
As HR Business Partner for Impact Direction, your main responsiblities will be :
Change agent and transformation

Participate to design and deploy organization adaptation in a moving environment, drive transformation for the teams

Identify key HR drivers and opportunities, optimizing the resources and competencies to meet longer term business objectives
Talent Management: guardian of organizational health
Following the talent lifecycle, you will give frame and empower the conversation with Leader to be Talent champion & owner of their organization’s health, you:

Championing the Group’s mobility, staffing / succession planning policies (potential next steps, etc.) with local & global HRs

Run the talent & succession reviews with managers and leaders

Run Impact & Reward campaign with managers and leaders

Ensure the right profile at the right place aligned with the business needs and competencies

Drive the recruitment needs and selection process with key stakeholders
Capabilities & development Management

Coach managers to run Growth Conversation

Support function Leaders in building capabilities strategy by defining the needed capabilities to reach Business plan ambitions in the future and to tackle external complexity

Identify development solutions & plan (on-the-job, networking, mentoring, digital learning, training etc.) to answer Individual Growth Plan

Overall responsibility for team’s induction process for new staff members and staff moving to new roles ensuring performance requirements are communicated, understood, and measured

Facilitate workshops when needed (for example: on expected behaviors, etc.) to roll out or drive transformation

Employee Relations / Engagement

Support the managers and leaders in employee relations and contribute to create a unique & safe workplace

Ensure local legal respect and deploy local HR Policies compliant with group culture and values

Follow-up of people action plan with leaders following the group annual engagement survey with adapted actions plan to the functions build with Leaders
Data management

Responsible for HR budgets on your scope

Data reporting to support HR Plan and decision

Overall responsibility for management and accuracy of HR data ensuring data protection legislation is respected

Support Managers and employees with the HR Systems as super user
Scope size: average of 130 people at corporate level
YOUR PROFILE
- Languages: Proficiency in English to ensure understanding / communication with the global teams. French is a plus.
- With a degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent professional experience, you have at least 5 / 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least one successful experience as an HR manager.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are empathetic and a good listener, and you enjoy working as part of a team. You demonstrate strong adaptability and agility, you are results-oriented, and you are not afraid to stand by your convictions and challenge the status quo.
- You are known for leading projects while consistently supporting day-to-day operations with dedication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- You have a strong sensitivity to the future of work.
