Overview
The Account Coordinator acts in a supporting role to the Account Management team, for a select group of wholesale customers. The Account Coordinator will help the Account Manager to execute and achieve the strategy and financial targets put in place for his/her account, as well as perform day-to-day account related tasks to ensure that the client is delivered top quality service.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with the selling process: catalogues, order sheets, and entry system of buys.
- Maintain accurate selling tools: recaps, performance reports, account-specific documentation.
- Build/maintain order confirmation files; validate pricing/costing with Account Manager and liaise with accounts.
- Follow up on delivery and in-season logistics to meet target delivery dates.
- Support Global Wholesale Development in onboarding new customers.
- Provide general administrative support to Global Wholesale & Strategic Development.
- Support Market Week activities: pitching collections, order uploads, seasonal Product Knowledge decks.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis/reporting (budgeting data, best-seller reports, competitor and pricing insights).
- Manage and coordinate sample requests, ensuring timely delivery to accounts.
- Work with portals and master data files
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Works well in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the product and fashion.
